AutoBOT picks 2 winning LAYS and the Winner in one race

It's a shame that my free horse racing tips blog here at UK Horse Racing Star only gets updated once a day as you will often find that the bets change constantly and when the blog is posted you are only getting the best selections for that point in time and the system changes constantly throughout the day as horses are withdrawn from races, the weather changes or prices change.

Case in point.

Yesterday the single bet on the site (which won you money if you followed) it was to LAY David Simcocks horse Brenin Taran who was the favourite. It duly came 5th, and I had a price much lower than the SP so thank you very much.

However the AutoBOT in it's infinite wisdom decided to also place a LAY bet on Red Cape the 2nd favourite owned by James Sullivan and this horse went off with a LAY SP (that my system recorded) of 2.90.

This horse came 2nd so again money in the bank thank you very much!

To top it off the horse that won was the horse that was ranked the highest by my AutoBOT system Lesley's Choice with a ranking of 472.

A win bet was duly placed by the AutoBOT which also brought in dollars to the beer kitty.

So although my blog was updated around 12am yesterday with a winning lay bet for Brenin Taran the AutoBOT did in fact come up with another winning LAY and the winner for the race. 

I am trying to think of a way to be able to update the blog postings with new bets as and when they come but it seems blogger only lets you add brand new posts and that could mean one days worth of bets taking anywhere up to a hundred posts or more as horses are considered viable, discarded and then chosen for betting etc which wouldn't make reading much fun.

How annoying was that yesterday

Official non automated rant!

How annoying was that yesterday with the LAY Trade Tips provided.

• 2 were at races that were abandoned.
• 1 was a non runner.
• and the other one won the race (although trading was advised).

My AutoBOT can only pick out horses at a certain point in time to send to this blog (usually around 11.30) otherwise if I sent over every possible change and bet it had come up with you would find yourself with about 100 blog postings a day!

I don't think anyone wants that which is why I have tried to keep it at one posting a day and at a time when the data has been analysed. Unfortunately if a race is abandoned or a horse is made a non runner after the fact there is not much I can do about it.

What a great day I had yesterday

After the great day I had yesterday in which both bets won, one the 6th or 12th in our multi day place accumulator and the weak favourite lay bet on Bishophill Jack.

Plus a horse I part own through www.fromthestables.com called Who Owns Me won his race at an SP of 16/1 (17.00) beating the favourite Overdante who had an SP of 3.25. Prices on Betfair were available at over 22.00 earlier in the day and I managed to get a place price of over 6.00 as well on Betfair.

I was going to put all the prices up but as I don't usually manually write the blog - OR place the bets - I leave it up to my AutoBOT which I have created to do this, I have noticed that a lot of the horses in the Multi Day Accumulator were overseas and run on courses like Woodbine and therefore are not shown on the blog.

It's something I am trying to sort out with the system but who was the plonker who said automated betting was "fxxking stupid" can't remember his name - something like stoprougetips - but due to my coding skills and my knowledge of racing through the other racing sites I have built for people and the bookies, trainers and racing people met through the game I have basically taken all their knowledge and put it into my "Brain" which I call my computer system.

Case in point today it has just given me a free winning bet on Secrets Away in the 19:30 at Nottingham. With a matched win price of 6.4 and a matched lay price of 4.0 and an overlay to ensure I win whether the horse loses or wins I am getting paid either way! Anyway here's to another good days racing!

Grand National Report

Well what we can say about the Grand National?

• 2 - False Starts
• 2 - Horses died
• Less than half the starters finished with only 15 of the 40 runners managed to cross the finish line.
• All the "tipster favs" from Synchronised, Ballabriggs, West End Rocker, Killyglen and many others came nowhere or fell far too early.
• The sad news that Synchronised the winner of the Cheltenham Gold Cup had to be put down after falling.
• And the winner was a 33-1 Neptune Collonge a horse that was hardly mentioned in any of the pre-national build up and came from nowhere to beat my AutoBOT's selection of SeaBass and Sunnyhillboy by a nose.

I'm sure the anti-horse racing brigade will be out in numbers today as we were met with another National that was more like Carnage than another race known to man.

For the second year running the second lap of the track skipped fences due to horses being treated by vets covered from the crowd by blue tents.

Most of all it was a shame that my AutoBOT's selection SeaBass, a horse I managed to get a nice 20/1 on Betfair but started as joint favourite with Shakalakaboomboom at 8/1 just couldn't find that extra bit of stamina needed to finish the job.

At the last fence I was sure Katie was just about to pounce but then the engine faded and she finished 3rd, making some place money for the followers of the Free Horse Racing Tips.

Readers of the guide on how to whittle down the National runners to likely winners might be wondering how a 33/1 horse with no course and distance experience managed to win the race as it broke most of the rules - all I can say is that there has to be a first time for everything.

All in all though it was another fantastic race to watch and a shame about the deaths. I know that if I was an owner of a horse that had won me hundreds of thousands of pounds I would be very wary about entering them into the Grand National.

Can you ever imagine the owners of Frankel or Big Buck's ever deciding the risk was worth it if they raced that type of event?

Anyway we also had another good day with the LAY bets and we had another full house with 5 out of 5 winning (they all lost).

For all those who say that "well anyone can pick a 33/1 losing horse" I would just point to Neptune Collonge and say well if you have the money to LAY bet big price horses you want a good system behind you that ensures the likelihood of them winning is as low as possible and that's what my system does.I didn't spend over 2.5 years writing it for nothing!

Not only do I always advice readers to trade when the price is high so that you make money whatever happens but I do tend to offer a lot of weak favourites or selections with prices less than 4/1 for those more adverse to risk.

So remember - we have free bets for everyone here - whether you want to safely make some profit with multi day place accumulators (another 6 in the row thank you very much!), betting on strong favourites, or want to earn your money through laying, winning or accumulators. All I can say is keep reading and spread the word.
